AIMOS receives personal information when you submit a consultation enquiry. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion requests or complaints, contact sales@aimosagency.co.za.
Your name, business email, company name, selected service and the information you write in your message. We also process limited technical data to detect spam and abuse. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
We use your details to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare a relevant proposal and manage the resulting business conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to promotional email.
Enquiries may be forwarded to AIMOS's private CRM or to its business mailbox hosted by Afrihost. Hosting, email and CRM providers may process information on our behalf to deliver these services. We do not sell your information.
We use HTTPS, access controls, anti-spam controls and server-side validation. Anti-spam counters use hashed identifiers, rather than retaining raw IP addresses in the application's rate-limit files. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own access logs. Enquiry records are retained only while needed to respond, manage the business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes, subject to a documented retention schedule.
You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing by emailing sales@aimosagency.co.za. You may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
The enquiry form uses a temporary, strictly necessary security session cookie to prevent forged submissions. We do not install advertising or analytics cookies through this landing page.
